This is just the best place ever, even the other day when it was raining outside. The couple who runs it are from Chimer and they say they tried to recreate what they could from there, as well as come up with some things of their own. It's been a long time since I was in Chimer but I think they did really well with that.

I wish we could just stay forever~

Okay, we finally have finalized plans.

Destin and I will leave either on Saturday after service or Sunday, depending on how things go, and then we're going to spend two weeks at a temple on Navesza. We thought about going to Papan but wanted to be a bit closer to Lucre, just in case we need to come back. Though I hope we won't because I'm really looking forward to this vacation and I know Destin is too.

I was wondering if I might be able to have some time off, now that the Pilgrimage is over. My husband and I were hoping to have a little vacation. If that's alright with you.

...he wasn't kidding when he said he changed a lot. I don't even recognize some parts anymore.

I think I should take a break and try reading it later, when I'm not so tired.

It still probably needs a lot of work before I can present it to anyone. I don't really know how to do this type of thing. And I don't have much time to figure it out, at least not this month, and I've waited on getting it done long enough.

So I guess I should just...

Hi. I was wondering if you could do me a favour? If you have time, that is, I wouldn't want to take you away from your work.

Flametongue was amazing as always. It really is the best holiday and not just because it's my birthday too. It's just really...different from all the others. And different in the best way.

It seems really odd to be twenty though. Sometimes I can't quite believe I'm not a teenager anymore. Not that I really want to be...I did some really stupid things while I was.

And some really good things too.

I can't believe I forgot all about that project I was doing, about trying to make it so that people couldn't be forced to join the clergy anymore. It was really important to me to do that...and it still is!

There was a lot of stuff going on though. Of course I would forget about it.

It wasn't going all that well either.

Anyway, I can start it up again now but I'll need to be careful. Some of the questions I need to ask are probably ones that people aren't going to like much.

I was wondering if there was any sort of...project I could work on. Something extra beyond what I'm already doing.

I know our fathers are both in the city for the Council meeting but I don't think I really...

I'm not feeling that great. Do you think you could just...see them by yourself?

And no, I'm not pregnant.

So not only is Elizabeth gone but soon Lillian will be too?

Great. I hadn't thought of that when I talked to her before...

Just to let everyone know, Destin and I had the best anniversary ever. Or at least I think so, though it was the first so maybe next year will be even better.

We spent the whole day together and just enjoyed each other's company. Oh and he bought me all this beautiful jewelry. And we had dinner at the same restaurant that he proposed in.

And then we spent the night at an inn and we, well...you know~

It was such an amazing day, a great way to end such an amazing year!

So, what are we going to do on Friday?~

I can't believe it's been almost a year since Destin and I got married. It doesn't seem that long ago at all but our anniversary is the 29th and that isn't that far away.

We'll definitely have to find a special way to celebrate!~

If only we

So, I think I've had enough time to think about everything from the whole Dark Church experience. I even began quoting a few of the people there. It really was a lot more interesting than I thought it would be.

What's next?

I'm so glad she's not going. It's the only thing not happening to be happy about. Everything else just seems to be waiting and waiting for me to get pregnant or learn the right lesson and I just...gah.

I'm happy with how things are. I really am. I don't even want to...not yet. Not really. Maybe that's why it can't happen yet.

But at least Elizabeth will stay here. It's so nice to finally have a sister.

Happy birthday, Lillian!

When the Days of Radiance are over maybe all the girls can get together again and celebrate.

So that whole Dark Church thing I mentioned before finally ended. It went almost two months in the end but really it wasn't so bad. They really aren't that different from the Light Church, in the end. The overall views are pretty much the same, not that that's really surprising. It's just the specific practises and stuff like that which is different. I guess that's probably what I was supposed to learn and understand from it all. Two sides of the same coin or something like that, just like the Dragons are.

And they definitely aren't scary or even spooky. Well, maybe some of them are~

I think the best part was probably getting to hear Father Leo speak. And it was interesting, getting to go to the Dark Church services. I might try to do that more.
